Anonymous Account
You may use ShowSync without creating a registered account.
An anonymous account is assigned a randomly generated internal identifier. This identifier allows us to store your watch history, preferences and settings without requiring your name or email address.
Anonymous identifiers are not intended to identify you as a person.
Registered Account
You may choose to create a ShowSync account.
Creating an account is optional.
If you register, we collect:

You may also choose to upload a profile picture.
5. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Depending on how you use ShowSync, you may provide:

- community posts;

- messages submitted to customer support.
You remain responsible for any information you voluntarily publish through community features.

These anonymized statistical datasets may be:

16. Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account directly from within Popcue.
Once deletion is confirmed:
- your email address is deleted;
- your username is deleted or anonymized where appropriate;
- your profile picture is removed;
- authentication credentials are removed;
- personal account information is removed from active systems.
Certain information may be retained where:
- required by law;
- necessary for fraud prevention;
- already irreversibly anonymized.
Anonymous statistical datasets created prior to deletion cannot be linked back to you and may therefore be retained.
